11/15/2007 ~ 11/18/2007 Packing and delivering turkeys for low income families
. With the turkey deliveries coordinated by Evergreen home care,
the team provided 10 holiday meals and 40 turkeys to low income individuals. The
caring and commitment of NVCS High School class students that exemplify the
"More To Share" charity program are shown in a variety of ways in communities
across DC Area. Here are examples of our efforts.

Festival, is a popular East Asian celebration of abundance
and togetherness, dating back over 3,000 years to China's Zhou
Dynasty. It is also sometimes referred to as the Lantern Festival or "Mooncake Festival."
8/19/2007 Serving dinner for DPHW in DC
These are pictures taken outside the church where we served dinner to homeless women with Evergreen home care on 8/19/2007. Two students (Jennifer Jou & Christine Chen) and five adults (three adults from school families) participated.
